Carne Asada Enchilada

I returned on Sunday from my trip out west. I had the wonderful experience of visiting a lifelong friend in California. We cooked, laughed, ate, and enjoyed the time together. Loved and treasured that time. I also had a wonderful time in Phoenix with my niece. The weather was lovely and unexpected. I am thrilled to spend time with my extended family. Looking forward to another visit in the near future.

Ate some FABULOUS food. Learned more about Native American Fry Bread and read about Pueblo Bread from New Mexico. Will be experimenting with those soon.
