This custom blend of spices adds the perfect touch of warmth for the fresh chill in the air. I use this blend for my Pumpkin Breakfast Buns as well as my Pumpkin-Shaped Sourdough Boules, and it’s inspired by the constant tweaking of my family’s pumpkin pie recipe. In addition to your own pie mixtures, I highly recommend putting a little in with your coffee grounds for an autumnal coffee, stirred into your morning yogurt and/or oatmeal, or sprinkled over warm toast with melted butter for a spiced treat. If you’re still in the mood for something cold though, try sprinkling on ice cream with crumbled graham cracker as well!
Each jar is a 1oz custom blend of Saigon cinnamon and other spices, made in my own kitchen.
