Handmade Artisan Pizzas

Create incredible pizzas with dough from scratch and delicious toppings in this fun, hands-on class. You will learn the process of kneading and shaping classic pizza dough to create the perfect crust. You’ll get the tips for getting a perfectly thin crisp brick-oven effect at home. You’ll also create a mouthwatering quick and easy sauce to top your classic pizza.

  • Class is 3 hours in length.
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 6 students.
  • An apron will be provided for use in class (aprons are available for purchase).
  • Mixing bowls, pizza stones, cast iron pans, and utensils be provided for your use in class.
  • You will take home a homemade dough and a pint of sauce.
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class.
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
  • Please limit jewelry on hands and wrists (multiple rings and bangles).
  • Students under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Irish Soda Bread

Top of the morning to ye!  Is there anything better than the smell of warm baked bread?  Irish Soda Bread is a simple St. Patrick’s Day favorite that can be enjoyed throughout the year.  This quick bread delights the senses and is easy to make.  Learn the technique for creating this deliciously warm bread.

  • Classes are 2 to 2½ hours in length, unless otherwise noted.
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 6 students.
  • An apron will be provided for use in class (aprons are available for purchase).
  • Pots, Containers, Mixing Bowls and Utensils will be provided for use in class.

Know Your Knife Skills

Nervous about knives?  Don’t be!  Knives are the ultimate tool in the kitchen.  In this hands-on course, learn the proper techniques to create delicious foods while having fun.  You will see how knife techniques and recipes work together and understand the importance of proper knife skills and safety.  You will enjoy a delicious stir-fry with an international sauce. 

  • Classes are 2 to 2½ hours in length, unless otherwise noted.
  • A Chef’s Knife, Paring Knife, Honing Steel and Sharpening stone will be provided for use in class.
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 4 students.
  • An apron will be provided for use in class (aprons are available for purchase).
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class.
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
  • Please limit jewelry on hands and wrists (multiple rings and bangles).

Primo Pasta

Pasta is the perfect comfort food for any season and found in every culture around the world. Making fresh pasta can seem like a challenge but is actually simple with just a few ingredients: flour, salt, and eggs. Learn the techniques to create simple, delicious pasta from scratch and hand-craft dough to create two types of pasta perfection, ravioli and fettuccini.

  • Classes are 2 to 2½ hours in length, unless otherwise noted.
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 4 students.
  • Pasta Machine will be used for 2 groups of 2 students.
  • An apron will be provided for use in class (aprons are available for purchase).
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class.

This versatile dish can be enhanced with a variety of meats and vegetables.  Learn the techniques to make a perfectly creamy and delightful risotto.  You will create your own dish with your choice of the selected stocks, meats, vegetables, wine, and cheeses.
