We’re Open for Business

February, 2020.

WOW!! It’s been an exciting journey this year.  I’ve been baking like crazy.  I’ve been making cakes and practicing my decorating skills, and I’m still learning!

Last year I traveled to the west coast to learn more about working with Sourdough, and my obsession with it has only expanded.  As a part of that, I decided I will be selling a variety of sourdough breads and baked goods.  WOOHOO!!!

Now I’m making the leap into the world of commerce.  As of posting this, Xitrous.com is officially live.  Xitrous® is now a registered trademark. My classes fill up quickly.  I get to meet great new people and inspire them to enjoy playing with food. I get to share my passion for flavors.

And now everyone gets to “eXperience eXtra delicious learning!® when they take my classes!

Check out my social media (links on the top right of the page) for weekly tips and ideas.  Have fun.  Let’s get cooking!!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you, Kathy!!! When I called today and told you that the roast I made in the crock pot last night was okay, but semi flavorless, your suggestion to fix the leftovers was perfect!!! Seriously. Some garlic, onions, soy sauce, corn starch and worsteshire later (all of which I had in the house), I had a perfect stew that was perfect with the corn bread you suggested. I went from throwing out the leftovers to making them and getting rave reviews! Again, thanks for your guidance.

Thank you Julie. I love having to think through cooking challenges. I’m glad you enjoyed your stew. I made some cornbread last night as well.
